dc.description.abstract Financial inclusion is becoming a major concern for policy makers and regulatory authorities. This research was aimed at uncovering the differences that exist between the women in the urban areas and women in the rural areas with regard to financial inclusion. The study was restricted to Beitbridge, the Matebeleland Province of Zimbabwe. The research, which was largely descriptive saw questionnaire being distributed to the women in both the rural and urban areas and the results were analysed used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences and Microsoft Excel. The results of the study revealed that the women in the urban areas have greater access to financial services than those in the rural areas. Recommendations were also made in line with the findings and existing relevant literature. en_US
