Abstract: According to literature, a leader's leadership style has a significant impact on how satisfied a worker is at work. The degree to which current leadership philosophies are related to job satisfaction varies. Investigating the link between leadership styles and levels of job satisfaction among employees inside the organization was the study's main goal. To meet the study's goals, a quantitative method investigation was done. Employees who were part of the organization's chosen target population were given questionnaires. Statistical software was used to analyse the received data. The study's findings indicate that each leadership style has a positive impact on job satisfaction.
